look at this man, look at his eyes, he is perfect! seriously, he is so beautiful but not just outside, he has a beautiful soul as well, he loves his fans so much, always thanking us for supporting his dream, wasting his time being nice with us on twitter, ALWAYS smiling on videos, interviews, concerts … he has this voice that is phenomenal that gets me emotional every single time i hear it and his love for food make me love him even more. I really don’t think he has any idea of how much i (we) love him, i just look at him and everything gets better, don’t ask me why but Avi is special, he really is a beautiful person and everybody should know that.

6 Obnoxious Behaviors That Make You Better at Your Job

#6. Show Up in a Bad Mood
Scientists have long known that shitty moods make you focus more on grunt work, while good moods allow your mind to wander and push the boundaries of your own creativity, but only recently was it discovered that sliding from the former to the latter over the course of the day improves creativity the most. It actually makes a lot of sense: The morning dickishness stresses you out and forces your brain to prioritize, while the afternoon delight (hee hee) affords you the mental freedom to find the best options. And if you work really hard, you can slide right from “intolerable assholery” to “insufferable cheerability” while skipping right over all the tolerable moods in between, because “manners” and “friendliness” are the flyover states of human interaction.

I don’t get why it’s bad to call someone fat if they’re overweight but it’s ok to call someone skinny if they’re under weight

(via s-u-m-m-e-r-bliss-deactivated20)

I hate being skinny

  • 'Curvy' girl: I love my curves!
  • Everyone: You go girl! Lovin that confidence
  • Skinny girl: I love being skinny!
  • Everyone: ...rude anorexic bitch...

Skinny Girl Problems

resistnothing:

  • Eat too much and people get mad because you don’t gain much weight.
  • Eat too little and people think you’re a prissy anorexic chick.
  • People think it’s okay to call you a twig or an equivalent insulting term.
  • Just because you’re ‘skinny’ people think that you’re not allowed to be insecure about your body or want to improve on it.
